Menu to include:
Appetizer: Prosciutto wrapped scallops & sautéed spinach
Soup: Roast pumpkin bisque, crostini & crème fraishe 
Salad: mixed baby greens with frizzled julienne squash, Cuba cheddar cheese and maple vinaigrette
Entrée: Grilled filet of chuck, pan seared shrimp with asiago roasted garlic mashed potatoes and fresh Romanesco
Dessert: White gold and trio of tropical fruit sorbet
